In July we launched ‘PROBE for Manufacturing Excellence’ to our existing Network members.
The next stage is the introduction of ‘PROBE for Service Excellence’. Over the next few weeks we will be releasing more information about our latest upgrade, including the questionnaires. As a taster, here is a short video presentation outlining some background information about PROBE for Service Excellence and, specifically, the Service Insights Framework.
