CCIWA joins the PROBE Network
It is a great pleasure to welcome the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Western Australia (CCIWA) to the PROBE Network.
CCIWA has over 7500 members across the whole of Western Australia and is one of the largest business chambers in Australia. (http://www.cciwa.com).
CCIWA announced their new Business Improvement Service to the Perth business community at a special launch event in July. PROBE will play a central role in this new initiative, helping CCIWA Business Improvement Consultants to provide highly focused, effective and cost efficient services to Chamber members and the wider business community across Western Australia.
Dr David Yarrow, a Partner in PROBE Network LLP, was the guest speaker at the launch event in Perth. Dave supported John Clegg, an experienced PROBE facilitator who is leading CCIWA’s new initiative. The launch event highlighted the benefits of the Business Improvement Service and PROBE to an audience of key leaders and influencers in the WA business community. Although still at an early stage in its implementation, the Business Improvement Service and PROBE are making an immediate impact in the vibrant economy of Western Australia.
“PROBE best practice benchmarking was used with a team of seven DVL executives and staff. The facilitated workshop and action agenda was revealing. Innovation, practice changes and must do issues were a challenge to the owners. The team quickly appreciated and by consensus identified through PROBE the Hot Topics to deal with.
Business performance improvement has now been achieved. Further benchmarking using PROBE Leadership and People has increased the capacity of the business to be a competitor on the world stage.”
